There are recipes on the internet, but they didn't always work out very well, and it's difficult to learn how to make healthy breakfasts from just recipes.
When I started learning about health, I didn't want to just follow breakfast recipes, I wanted to know how to cook! I wanted to understand the process of making a healthy vegan breakfast. And since I am interested in living a healthy lifestyle, I wanted to make sure I was getting maximum nutrition from my vegan breakfast recipes.
I went on a mission of research and experimentation to figure out how to do it properly. I learned all kinds of interesting techniques about how to put together a vegan breakfast recipe that is healthy. I took culinary courses and I started trying things.
I also took the knowledge I was gaining while studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and incorporated that into making breakfasts that were optimally healthy. After some failed attempts, I figured out the important techniques, ingredients and ratios to put together the best healthy vegan breakfast recipes every time.
You certainly don't have to be a vegan to use these techniques, but even for non-vegans, it's nice to be able to have some healthy breakfast recipes without meat and dairy. This is what I want to share with you...
