Allergies

Allergies are rampant in our culture due to over-consumption of certain foods, genetic modification of foods, and improper processing, among other things. In this series, I talk about allergies in various contexts.

Food allergy symptoms can be mild, or can be severe. They can be with you from birth or they can develop over time. They can be triggered by common allergenic foods like peanuts, or by foods that are fine for others like pineapple.

And what is the english muffin digestion doing to their future evolution?
